Agustín Amigó -

Agustín Amigó is a composer, arranger and guitarist. Born in the Canary Islands, at the age of thirteen, he was already in the final of the JUGEND MUSIZIERT competition in Valencia with an own composition. He moved to Germany where he met Ulli Boegershausen who inspired him to play solo acoustic guitar.

Agustín’s music catalogue includes more than 10 solo albums, and multiple guitar duets with artists like Grammy Award Winner Andrew York, Masaaki Kishibe, Jürg Kindle, Pablo Briceño or Ulli Boegershausen. Agustín’s music is melodic, comforting and peaceful. The leading German acoustic guitar magazine AKUSTIK GITARRE writes about him: “Amigó has an own signature style with immaculate beautiful tone” and “a really recommendable album with atmospheric instrumentals full of rich harmonies and remarkably pleasing sound".

On August 2023 Agustín was ranked within the top 1k ‘Classical’ artists in the world by leading music industry data analysis platform CHARTMETRIC.

Beside composing, Agustín has a side music project called EDY HAFLER. Under this artistic pseudonym he released ‘Guitar Pop Covers, Vol. 1-6’, featuring relaxing solo guitar covers of Pop hits from yesterday and today. ‘Edy Hafler’ has been ranked 2023 by chartmetric within the top 1k ‘Easy Listening’ artists in the world.
